Build script places glean.framework in unexpected location

The build script uses xcframeworks to build the Glean library, but sometimes the project still expects the glean.framework file to be located in the folder: Carthage → Build → iOS

Ideally, either:

• The build script should always place the Glean library where the project can find it, or
• The Glean library should be removed from the project and build script/build instructions if it's no longer needed
