Purpose
This PR replaces the original live dashboard with the new data explorer-based dashboard, moves the dashboard to its own view and keeps the
Chartsview in the data explorer.There is no automatic migration of old live dashboards to the new data explorer-based dashboard. In release 0.97.0, the former live dashboard is marked as deprecated and users are encouraged to migrate their live dashboards to the new dashboard. This PR is targeted at 0.98.0 and removes the deprecated live dashboard.
