What would you like to be improved?

Creating a Ranger repo when creating a catalog with Ranger authz plugin.

How should we improve?

Creating a Ranger repo when creating a catalog with Ranger authz plugin. We should give a necessary initialization for the repo.

Not sure I'm understanding this correctly, but I won't recommend a new repo for authz plugins.
A separate repo takes a huge effort to set up and to review issues/PRs.
It may turn out to be a distraction to the team.
How about simply creating a sub-directory and host them there?
We can postpone this decision when we see it appropriate to create a new repo and a sub-group of contributors for maintenance.

Sorry to make you confused. This repo isn't code repo. It's privileges repo. Every Ranger component will have a privilege repo. Component use the privilege rules in the privilege repo to authenticate.
