In #6343 a command context was added for Metalakes. We need to add it for other command sets:

• Add catalog command context CLI #6414
• Add Fileset command context CLI #6415
• Add schema command context CLI #6416
• Add model command context CLI #6417
• Add stream command context CLI #6418
• Add table command context CLI #6419
• Add column command context CLI #6420
• Add user and group command context CLI #6421
• Add roles and owner command context CLI #6422
• Add tags command context CLI #6423
• Refactor getURL in CLI #6424
