Adding a plotting script that spits out images in logically labelled folders, that can be transferred to and read in from S3

  • Add in output_plots parameter in ENVS (TRUE/FALSE)
  • Add plots generation after calc (if output_plots is true)
  • Should be a seperate py script (plot for each year)
  • Add plot file movement to transfer scripts (if plot directory exists)
