Data lost after restarting postgres-15 pod after upgrading to awx-operator 2.13.0

Bug Summary

When we switch from postgres13 to postgres15 we switched the postgres image from the docker.io/postgres to quay.io/sclorg/ postgres image

sclorg/postgres image expect a different mount location for postgres data

/var/lib/postgresql/data/pgdata (docker postgres image)
to
/var/lib/pgsql/data/pgdata (sclorg postgres image)
