Template for getting started more easily with rust embeded development for MicroBit v2

Features

Gives all the configuration for setting up the LSP and vscode for Microbit development.
Install cargo emebed using - cargo install cargo-embed to allow for easy flashing.
Run cargo embed with the micrbit microcontroller attached to flash the software.

For linux also do

sudo apt-get install libudev-dev
udev-rules this shows how to add the right permissions
