Motivation

The 0 indexing was causing confusion as one might expect the first token id to be 1 instead of 0.
(No linear issue to attach)

Implementation

Changed for i in 0..=amount to for i in 1..=amount and added doc comment for the function.

Testing

Modified tests that were impacted.
