Command to pull a single file / option to pull a single file when there is a conflict

Currently, there is a command to pull all files from an instance, and another command to pull all records from a table (such as all business rules).

When working in a single file, and if the upload command gives the warning "that file has been modified in the server", currently 3 options are proposed:

• Skip (do nothing)
• Upload anyway and squash the server version
• Show the diff and not upload

It would be useful to also be able to pull the file from the server, either as a command, and/or as a 4th option from the "conflict" dialog.
