GIT-OPEN(1) Extension to git GIT-OPEN(1) NAME git-open - Open relevant git files in your favorite editor SYNOPSIS git open [OPTIONS]... DESCRIPTION Open staged, changed or committed files in your git editor. Options can be combined as to open both staged, changed and committed files. OPTIONS -s, --staged open staged files -c, --changed open changed files -C, --committed open files from the latest commit -n, --dry-run do not actually open any files; just show what would have been opened -h, --help show help VARIABLES GIT_OPEN_EDITOR Text editor for opening the files. The value is meant to be interpreted by the shell when it is used.
