Context

This PR is a bundle of minor changes that have come from the tech docs backlog.

Changes proposed in this pull request

  • clarify relationship between Stripe and Pay accounts
  • add information about setting up RCP on Worldpay
  • improve the description of `reference' for the create payments endpoint
  • add a payment creation request example to the external MOTO API page
  • direct people to the top-level 'Go live' page from the Stripe and Worldpay go live pages
  • update Worldpay test account docs to make it clear that services need to request to go live from their sandbox account, not worldpay test - https://payments-platform.atlassian.net/browse/PP-13559
  • remove references to ‘going live within a day’ because they are usually not true
