0.3.9 - Fixing no Cloud Recording

Here is a new version - no major changes:

• Fixing recording without cloud - thanks @young747
• Make sure your SD card is properly formatted with the YI app to support recording (v5 hack specifics - #267) and the yi-hack-v5 folder is in /tmp/sd
• Also, have the ntpd enabled, and timezone set when you disable the cloud
• Restart your camera when setting the above

A word of attention:

• This version works best with the Firmware Baseline 0.3.8

• Versions after 0.3.8, starting with 0.3.9 will not load the Firmware Baseline anymore - please flash to the correct Firmware Baseline using the release 0.3.8.

Known issues

• Yes, the audio is still not perfect - use the launch.sh tool to debug or don't enable audio at this moment
• MQTT and Home Assistant integration - it works, but crashes with audio (disable it) - some reported fewer sensors - I also have only two

The above will be fixed as per normal firmware updates and pre-releases available via WebUI. This version had to be released to allow future testing.
