Steps to reproduce

轮播图点击切换的同时鼠标划入图片，轮播图迅速滚动多张图片，
期望结果，切换的时候鼠标划入不会快速切换图片

经排查，是 arrow mouseleave 事件在 animating 过程中生效导致的，只要 animating 状态阻止 arrow mouseEnter 和 mouseLeave事件执行即可
