Difference to Tesla Fleet Integration?

Can anyone explain what is the difference between the Fleet API Integration (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/tesla_fleet)

and this integration along with the Tesla Proxy (https://github.com/llamafilm/tesla-http-proxy-addon/tree/main/tesla_http_proxy)?

Tesla Fleet seems to be a different plugin as it requires different setup and process of installation.
Tesla Fleet plugin no longer needs a proxy add-on which is a roadblock for users not able to install Tesla Proxy Add-on
