✈️ Step 1: At First Downlow any antivirus and scan & Remove malware

after Clean you can Uninstall the Antivirus ❓

✈️ Step 2: Then repair Windows files -

✅ Process 1

go to System settings -> Recovery -> fix problam using Windows update.

DISM /Online /Cleanup /Image /CheckHealth

✈️ Step 3:

Task Scheduler -> ... -> Disabled ✅ Then Delete ✅
