[Feature Request] Add an option to select the extension's UI language

As the title says. My browser UI language is Polish but I'd much rather have DeArrow's UI language in English (or any other language, honestly). I shouldn't be tied up to whatever language I choose for my browser's UI. This is also important because the current Polish translation is not perfect (no offense to whoever made it) and I'd rather avoid any ambiguity if possible.

For clarity: I am using DeArrow on Chrome.
