[Feature Request] Allow non-Youtubes sites (such as News sites) to de-baited by DeArrow

Hi there, first off: thank you for creating this extension, I've paid for a license as it greatly helps to improve the signal-to-noise ratio on Youtube.

Suggestion: would it be possible for the DeArrow extension (or SponsorBlock backend) to accept non-Youtube sites for de-baiting? Given the heavy polarisation of news media websites today, this could help improve the reading habits online and deescalate clickbait headlines.
