I came across the web tool ; the examples show fantastic figures. I downloaded the .sif files and explored them with Cytoscape. However, it looks better on your website tool. How can I download the figure from the online tool?

Is it possible to do it locally?

Hi @MusculusMus,
Thanks for using visse.cloud. We're working on proper results export and hopefully we can roll it out soon. But in the meantime, you can simply right-click on any network, then "Save image as" to save it locally.
