Complaint Management System

• The project is aimed to store complaints and it maintain computerized records of all the FIR against crime.
• This system can be used for the crime files of the Police department to manage the records of different activities related to information reports.
• This portal addresses the problems by letting the public complain online and computerized management of these complaints along with maintaining records of FIRs.
• To make complaining easy and manage crime records, this portal is very helpful.
