Describe the bug
The test plan should be updated to mention that the dataquery admin permission is needed to pin queries. It should also mention what the format of the CSV for sessions filter upload should be.

What is the CSV format for the sessions filter upload ?

It depends on what you select in the popup after clicking the button. If you choose "CandID", the first column should be a CandID and if you choose "PSCID" it should be a PSCID. If you choose that you're uploading a list of visits then the second column in the CSV should be the visit label.
