[imaging_browser] Several bugs have been found

Describe the bug

• The reset button in the longitudinal View is not working, no action is taken when clicking it.
• there's an error when clicking the save button in QC Comment

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):

• First Issue:

1. Go to 'imaging_browser'
2. Click on 'click on defaced(under Links header in the table'.

• Second Issue:
  • Go to the QC Comment button, there's an error when clicking the save button. Same in Visit Level QC.
• Third issue:
  • Under Visit Level Caveat the saving button is getting an issue after saving.

What did you expect to happen?
When clicking the Reset button the values have to be reset as it was.
