What were you trying to achieve?

To see the error returned if the user has already registered in the platform

What are the expected results?

To get an error page if the user has not been registered in the platform

1. Login as admin (This is to verify admin is already registered in the platform)
2. Logout
3. Go to registration page
4. Register a new user with admin@exmple.com as the email addressthe
