On the current website (https://a-b-street.github.io/osm2lanes/) you will notice that a tag of lanes=6 becomes lanes=5!

This is clearly a bug.

Start by making a test case that fails:
https://github.com/a-b-street/osm2lanes/blob/main/data/tests.yml

And then try to find out how to fix it!
