zero-true-dev notebook command doesn't work on mac #145

Describe the bug
zero-true-dev notebook works on Windows but doesn't work on mac

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Clone the repo
Go to project root
run pip install .
run zero-true-dev notebook
Got error uvicorn: start: command not found

Expected behavior
No error

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: MacOs Sonoma (14.0)
Browser: Chrome
Version: Version 120.0.6099.216 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional context
As per discussion, it works on Windows but not on mac
