Issue encountered

A couple of days ago installed BSManager for mods in beat saber, ran well enough up to yesterday. Entered today and figured why there are no custom sabers ingame, tried installing the mods related to them but every time I try, the error at the top right "BSIPA installation failed " comes up after pressing "Install or update" no matter what I select

Expected Behavior

For the mods to be checked, updated and installed

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to "Mods" from the specific game version
  2. Click on "Install or update"

Operating System

Windows 10

Version

1.4.18

Additional Context

Reinstalled both bsmanager and beat saber from steam but issue persists, tried running as admin, same issue happens, read a couple of other posts and I do not have windhawk installed. Tried opening the ipa exe file (as admin even) and got an error inside there as well

Replicated but with different issue regarding winhttp.dll.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to "Mods" from the specific game version
Click on "Install or update"

Operating System

Windows 11

Version

1.4.18

Additional Context

Wasn't encountering this issue yesterday. Manually added new Synapse.dll file into my 1.39.1 version plugins folder and ran IPA. It worked and installed the mod. However after Synapse then installed other mods for the Extra Sensory II event this error involving winhttp.dll occured. Repeated the same Synapse installation steps for Beat Saber 1.40 version without issue. So might have been coincidental or an intermittent issue. After this BSIPA failure, I can no longer delete the broken 1.39 installation from BSManager.

@Abbrahan check if you can disable/uninstall windhawk when your installing your mods

@Caska13 Hmmm haven't encountered this error yet, but BSIPA is a separate project so you can ask in the BSMG discord group or post an issue in the BSIPA github.

@silentrald as with Caska, I do not have Windhawk installed on my system.

@Abbrahan you might checkout the comment I sent to Caska as well then since this is a BSIPA specific issue rather than BSManager.
