In the client directory add a connection through Smoldot in Xode

Sir @hgminerva , we've tried too many different ways, including connecting through the Polkadot API in Smoldot, but we are still getting the same output in the console log. This is the last resort we are currently attempting, based on the Substrate documentation (https://docs.substrate.io/tutorials/integrate-with-tools/integrate-a-light-client-node).

We'll keep it running for a longer period, as it may need to fully download all the required resources.

Generate the chainspecs from the current runtime. Also please provide the chainspec generate command so that I can include in the README file. Thanks.
