Vetter Code & Data Release

Here we release the code of Vetter (Vetter.zip). We also provide our collected web page snapshots (data_snapshot.zip.00*, zipped as a multi-part archive) as well as SKPaint API invocation logs (data_skpdata.tar.gz) of the Alexa top and bottom 2,500 websites.
