Prompting question

I'd like to animate > symbol. Unfortunately it doesn't work - each time model generates something weird(the smallest one).
I've tried extending prompt but id didn't help. That's my original prompt:

Red symbol '>' becomes anthropomorphic(it grows black stick hands, legs and facial features) and waves with its hand to the viewer

Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong or how to improve my generation?
