As a user, I want the Palomabot BOBBY AI vault to collect non-c-token reward fees and swap them to stables so that I am able to collect my share of the non-token rewards when I redeem from the vault.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Collect Rewards from the vault on rebalancing
2. Swap the rewards to stables
3. Charge a fee of 500 bps to swap the rewards to stables.
