Separate repository was a mistake. tbd-playground and icfpc2015-tbd were confused on more than one occasion, just as fj predicted.

My initial reasons were:

• did not want to clutter real source tree with hello world examples
• I was thinking that people will try out development process in advance on toy problem

Re: 1, Now that we have unlimited packages (before we used to arrange modules and scripts in a flat structure), clutter is not a problem. There was another minor inconvenience though, that at first example tests dominated running time. They could have been dialed down right before the contest to make things really neat.

Re: 2, I should have known better. Also, no reason why it can't be done in a dedicated package in main repo.
