Getting Started

GitSync is an Android git client that simplifies syncing a folder between a git remote and a local directory. With a one-time setup, it works in the background to keep files in sync and offers numerous manual sync options.

I don't have a Git repository yet

I have a repository but haven't cloned it

• Steps to clone and sync your repository with GitSync

I have a cloned repository and want to use GitSync

• This one is super simple! First, download and install GitSync on the device
• Follow onboarding and authenticate with your auth method
• Select I have a local repository when prompted with the Clone remote repository screen
• Locate and select your local repository
• Enable one of the many provided sync methods
