Description

Hi! Have been dealing with same issue for 3 weeks now. I have high end laptop, with high speed internet, every other game(COD,Cyberpunk) plays smooth, no issues. Tried updating/downgrading drivers, different launch options, played with video settings in game and Nvidia control panel, downgraded to Win 10, verified game files. Nothing seems to work. Hero Responses feels slow, and unnatural. Please help

Same issue persist, when i play-test with bots, and offline...
