Adds commands for administration purposes
- Install Synapse.
- Place the dll file in your plugin directory.
- Restart/Start your server.

You will need to assign permission to role for using the commands here they are.
- cc.jail : to jail and unjail a player
- cc.room : to change the color of the lights in all the rooms
- cc.size : to change the size of a player
- cc.sound : to play the chaos sound (only heard by Class-D)
admin command does not require permission but can be disabled in the config file
