In each airport folder, there should be a file called 'Basic.txt' with perhaps the simplest contents of all the files... on a new line for each:
- Airport Name
- Airport Latitude and Longitude - on a NATS AD chart, the one at the top labelled 'ARP' for Aerodrome Reference Point; for Heathrow, that's ARP 512839N 0002741W
- Airport Frequency - according to the VRC wiki, this is supposed to be the TWR frequency, but it varies across our sector file, and doesn't (appear to) make any difference to controlling...
Example contents:
London Heathrow
N051.28.39.000 W000.27.41.000
119.720
Within the Airports folder, there is a folder named 'Other'. The files contained within follow the same format as described above, but the name of the file should be the four letter ICAO code. Simples!
