We need a wiki with more information on the site's directory structure (located in the source directory) as well as how to post news to the site, etc.

I would love to have some information in the readme.md on how to actually build and develop on the site. It would make things a lot easier for people to contribute.

This issue is separate and is referring to posting instructions, which are intended for internal use by the execs.
