Looks like once we get things sorted out so that stock MetPy can run in pyodide/jupyterlite, it's possible to build an interactive REPL in the docs. It would be great to add that to our docs.

Bonus points if we can figure out how to have a jupyterlite lab interface on the sphinx gallery--though maybe that should come from upstream in sphinx-gallery?

My hope is to use python-training to test some of this as well; I would love having this.
