It might be nice to just provide outline=True or outline=1 as an option on the various plot_* methods on StationPlot to simplify drawing with an outline, rather than needing to manually use path_effects=[...].

I'm not completely convinced of this, but if it's a frequent enough use-case, it might be nice to have.
