Avoid Running GitHub Actions for Documentation Updates

Currently, our GitHub Actions are triggered for all commits, including those that involve only documentation updates. This can result in unnecessary workflow runs and increased build times. We need to update the GitHub Actions workflow configuration to skip runs for documentation-only changes.
