Changed all relative references (e.g. <<Appendix-Tool-Output-Field-Names>) to be uniform throughout all wiki pages and to match the name of the respective wiki file (e.g. Appendix-Tool-Output-Field-Names.md).
Changed the generic 'Introduction' for each section page. This will prevent 'Introduction' from being repeated for different pages when we convert the Wiki to a pdf. A pdf will be generated to retain the proper documentation for each version of of ATtILA.

minor change in formatting for ***NOTE:** to ***NOTE**: Big changes in Tool-Land-Cover-Proportions.md
Formatting the Syntax sections to mimic ArcGIS. Fixing links so they point at actual pages and use inline references. Changed all bullet formats to hyphens instead of asterisks. Used consistent Header levels between pages.

Broke the Land Cover Classification page into separate pages for each of its sections. Adjusted the sidebar to find these new pages.
broke up Supplied Land Cover Classification Schemas into separate pages. Altered Sidebar to direct to these new pages. Change reference in Land Cover Classification file to Installing ATtILA to point to its new separate page.
changed local file structure references to wiki structure for images
Image references updated as needed in all documents. Added alternative text to all images as needed. Contact method url updated on Home page. PNG files updated to latest software and operation system styles. Deleted old-style png files.
Changed all reference to ATtILA for ArcGIS and ATtILA for ArcGIS Pro to just ATtILA on all of the committed pages. I plan on keeping the ATtILA for ArcGIS Pro label on just the Home page. On the Sidebar, I removed the sections for the Land Cover Classification scheme's XML files as they were not clickable if the section was collapsed.

First draft of the Troubleshooting Markdown wiki page. Edited filenames for images to eliminate spaces and to organize by type.

reverted the local file system paths with the wiki link paths
corrected a misspelled an image file name in the XML Document's Coefficients Element section

Land Cover Classification page with all sections completed. New images for the lib folder to reflect the ArcGIS Pro interface and Windows 10 formatting. Changed the _Footer.md file to show the EnviroAtlas url while hovering over the Logo image.
