I bought a permit but received no email.

In the event that a customer did not receive their emailed permit, they will need to contact the Open Forest Customer Support Staff (SM.FS.OpnFrstCsSup@usda.gov). However, to ensure they are helped in the quickest and most efficient manner possible, please let them know that they will be asked to do the following:
- Check their bank statement/account to confirm they were charged for the permits (The debit will be from “USFS E-Permits” or something similar).
- If they have indeed been charged, we would ask that they check their spam/junk folders to make sure the email didn't end up there.
- If the customer is still unable to locate their emailed permit they should email the Customer Support team, detailing the situation along with the name of the purchaser, the date of the purchase, the number of trees purchased, and the forest they purchased the trees from.
