Would be good to get an understanding of the tools currently used to run UKHSF and how they are used so we can break this down?

I suspect that something like https://civicrm.org/ may do 99% of what the foundation might need to save re-inventing the wheel?

I assume this is not about member management, we're writing our own. I'm not sure what we're managing with spreadsheets off the top of my head - will need to poke around in the google drive

@castaway - that's my understanding of it, yes.

It's about how the UKHSF manages itself including member management, but "that software over there works for accounts but we need to write our own for membership" is perfectly valid in my eyes, we just need to list it somewhere and work out if there's anywhere we can improve!
