For building/testing:
- Combine both building and tesing into a single job "build-and-test".
- Switch from using a custom image with preinstalled ug4 to using ubuntu
and installing in script.
- Remove complicated GIT_CLONE_PATH and work inside the default
directory.
- Use release mode for building and testing.
- Export binaries as artifacts.
For Deployment:
- Split docker deployment into it's own job "deploy-docker".
- Add Dockerfile instead of inlining in script.
- Trigger deployment only on tags.
