Implement Dashboard

We need to implement our dashboard that we outlined in the proposal from Milestone 1.

Here are some requirements:

• Minimum of 6 input and output components in total.
  • Minimum of 2 inputs/outputs at least so we can't just have 6 outputs and no inputs
• Laid out in grid format using rows and columns.
  • Individual components should be assigned to variable names that are then used in the layout.
• Appropriate labels for panels and widgets.
• Include a short description of the app, who has made it, a link to the repo, and the date of the latest update/deployment at the bottom of the page.
