Hey all, I'm making it a goal for 2024 to get this number to > 8.0:
I've added a GitHub action to run the checks for PRs and have added a badge to the README. I've got a few things to learn about the tool and its criteria, so there will be some more configuration changes in the future. I chose OpenSSF because that's the one that Seth Larson, the PSF's Security Developer-in-Residence, is involved in.
