New game mode: Capture the zones #148

- Add a zone block (no hitbox and invisible)
- Zone block gets considered in capture zones game mode
- Zone gets highlighted with beacon
- Boundaries of zone have to be highlighted
- Team with most (active) players inside the zone is capturing it
- Capturing takes X seconds
- When zone is captured it yields X points every Y seconds
