A new Moonlight UWP version was pushed an hour or two ago. In this version, 1.17.1.70, the only refresh rate selectable is 23.976Hz, even though the XBox supports 60Hz/50Hz modes. Stream is also stuck at 23.976Hz as a result.
To Reproduce
Start Moonlight. Examine host settings. Only selectable refresh rate is 23.976Hz, no others appear.
Expected behavior
Several refresh rates should be visible.
Guest Information:
Xbox Model: Xbox Series X
TV Resolution: 4K 60Hz
Host Information
Operating System: Windows
Host Software: Sunshine, latest release
Monitor Resolutions: 4K 60Hz
Additional context
Interestingly, if you go into the Xbox Video Settings, and disable the 50Hz / 24Hz options, then Moonlight UWP does use 60Hz refresh rate, and the stream is fine. However, when you do this you can no longer review the host settings in Moonlight, you receive a Windows.Foundation.IReference error with no further context.
If you attempt to add a new server to Moonlight with the 24Hz option disabled, Moonlight crashes immediately. However you can add a new server with the option enabled and then disable it again in order to have the stream work at 60Hz.
