[Bug]: Getting killed by an alpha werewolf crashes the server.

What happened?

Killed by an Alpha Werewolf, the server crashes.

1. Load server, join.
2. Get killed by Alpha werewolf.

The version I have submitted is NOT the one used in the pack, however I have updated it on the server-side and a single client to the latest beta.3 for testing to see if that was causing the crash.

Disable SecurityCraft, as it is currently causing issues with creative inventories.

Found out I had somehow gotten Survivalist Form without getting the prerequisites. Now we're having a different crash issue. I am unsure if it is related, so I am posting the latest log here.
