Thread 대신 ExcutorService를 활용한 Thread 관리
MessageDto로 변환 담당은 Message객체에게 의존성 담당
Thread-safe하게 ConcurrentLinkedQueue 사용 (syncronized 키워드는 VT에서 권장하지 않는다구 하네요..)
