Create smart_prep which completes all map_processing
Given two maps, create script to run all code (incl. properties)
Remove get_flux_emergence_rate
Docstrings
Function renaming (get_cosine_correction, IGM, etc.)
Rename dB_dt and remove from folder
Update cos_correction to be called fewer times
Update smart_process with text also
Change units of total_area to MH
