[Feature Request] Add another type of bookmark

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

Add a type of bookmark which only filters out chapters.
I've been using bookmarks just to filter out stuff, but still want to use the bookmark system normally in other entries.
Would it be possible to make something like the bookmark just for this?

This is something important for me. It couldn't be a bookmark because I already made all bookmark chapters not appear on my entries, it has to be something different
There's a aniyomi fork which has something like this, it's called Animiru

This is not something that the server would need to explicitly support, clients can already do this kind of thing by using chapter meta. This sounds like something you should ask WebUI to implement or look into implementing yourself in a fork of WebUI.
